I have a Glock Model 19, 9mm and both sides of the slide have a bit of holster wear on it. Can anyone recommend anything I can use to clean the white holster wear marks off of it? I know it sounds ridiculous but I want to keep my fun as clean as possible.

White? What type of holster is it?

Typically the holster wears the finish off of the slide so it can often take it down to the bare metal.

Others may want to jump in and correct me if I'm wrong but it sound more like the finish on the slide is being worn away. Although it would surprise me given that tenifer coating on the Glocks is usually very resilient.

At the risk of sounding like a newbie to guns what is your best recommendation?
