Belly Band
No joke. I've spend thousand over the years buying multiple holsters/belts/mag pouchs for my handgun collection. The all pull your pants down and they all print through your clothes, unless it's damn cold and under a bulky jacket.
I discovered the wonder of the Belly Band for CCW 2 year ago and now have 2. A 4" for my Kahr PM "Summer Gun" and a 6" for my Kimber "Winter Gun".
Total Investment, $35.00. Stap in around your hips before you pull your jeans up and they work just like an "in the pants" holster except you also get "in the pants magazine pouches. It's straped to your hips so the weight of your gun isn't pulling your pants down. You will trully appreciate thier genuise the first time you need to use a public RR for number 2 and don't need to figure out what to do with your sidearm while your pant's are around your ankles.
Try 1, if you don't like it you'll be out $15 to $20 which is nothing compared to the bill you'll rack up trying to find a holster you like.

With leather you pretty much get what you pay for. Most of Cabela's leather is chrome tanned and will get soft and floppy sooner or later. If you're just going to use it once in awhile it will do but if it's going to see any real use make sure you get heavy vegetable tanned leather which is going to cost more.
