I am planning to purchase an AMD 65 Hungarian AK and it will be my first assault rifle. I want to have a holo sight and night vision on this rifle. I was wondering what my options will be as far as what type of combination of Holo and Night Vision Scope will work. I am on somewhat of a budget but I do not want to sacrifice too much performance. Any advice will help. Thanks.

I've got an Eotech 552 on my AR that's night vision compatible, although I don't have NV equipment to use with it. There's a NV button that dims the reticle way down w/o having to use the down arrow dimming button.

+1 on that--I'm kind of curious as to what the OP considers "on the rifle
low budget night vision".
FWIW, I believe that C-More click switch reflex sights have a couple
of positions on the switch for night vision use.

Eotech with NV

Using an EOTech with NV compatibility is a one of the better options. The Night Vision device I would recommend is the PVS14 or the NVM14. Although the PVS14 is the more expensive option for a slightly more economical price you can get an NVM14 in the same Generation.
Another optoin would be to have an IR laser or a visible laser if you can't get an IR laser, and wear an NV goggle or like the NVG7 or PVS7. Or with a helmet mount or goggle kit you can do the same with the PVS14 or NVM14.
