HK customer service...

    I recently heard that HK customer service isn't very good at all... Below most other major manufacturers. Is this the general tale? I've heard many sides to this. I'm looking in to getting a p2000sk in 9mm so I'm just curious

    Actually HK's misbehave so infrequently I as of yet (over 10 years) to read a single post by someone that had to send one in.:D
    On the other hand I have read multiple post by those that have had trigger jobs, or other mods done and the NO 1 rule here is it must be done by a certified HK armorer to maintain the lifetime warrenty....;)

    I own several HK pistols at this time---exactly NONE has needed ANY sort of service and I've owned a number of them for decades...

    I had to get a USP serviced. I called H&K and got an RMA. Shipped it to them overnight fed ex and got it back a week later. No charge to me and they never asked me for any purchase info on the pistol.
