this probably wont happen for atleast a year (since thats when ill be 21), but i was wondering if i get my ffl and would like to hire someone (my brother) to go to gun shows and do displays and such would the atf have any requirements for him? would he also need an ffl? keep in mind this would most likely be home based as a second job.

any knowledge on this subject would be helpful. thank you.

    1. If he handles firearms, he cannot be a "prohbited person". (thank you, Cpt Obvious- but local dealer just let one of his staff go last week due to that)
    2. Check your state laws as well- some have requirements for a background check to be EMPLOYED as a gun salesman.
