I am looking for parts and have already hit the normal outlets, but I cannot find the part I need.

The pistol has one barrel that does not fire. It looks like the "ratchet" for selecting the barrels is not working correctly and can be worn.
The part number 368470 is identified at the part on Numrich.

    Where can I find one?

I found the problem. Someone had been in the inside and did not set the pawl to work correctly. Got the gun to work!!!

If I remember correctly, isn't that ratchet made from white nylon?

Yes, the ratchet is made from nylon. The problem was that some got into the works and did not have the spring for hammer to ride on ratchet connected correctly
