Texan, but currently living in NW Pennsylvania. Shooting for over 50 years (started young). Favorite gun author: Skeeter Skelton. Favorite firearms are 1911's and Smith & Wesson revolvers. Favorite calibers: .45ACP and 30-06. Favorite rifle: Savage 99.

I hate to admit it, but I rarely hunt anymore . . . as the comedian Ron White says, it's eary and it's cooooold. However, I now have a 100 yard range in my backyard, which is a nice change from my former city-boy life.
