Hey Glock, whats the holdup?

    Its been three long weeks since i sent Glock my non-perfected G30sf. Will it take that long to figure out the feeding problem...geesh:eek:

    I had to send one of mine back a couple months ago. Turn around time was about a month.
    I called a few times to check the status. Hopefully others have had better experiences with there customer service. I found them quite unsocial and unhelpful.

    Yeah, i agree, the guy actually talked to me like i was slow or something. I thought i would get better service than that. I actually got a better conversation with the guy from UPS about sending my gun back; he loves H&K though:rolleyes:

    They're Austrian. Austria is cold so the women show NO skin. What does that customer service guy have to be happy about?

    Well I could understand that. However the guy I talked to was a white dude in Georgia. Not Austria.
    Plus I've visited Russia in the "spring". While it was VERY cold the women were scantily clad.

    LOL right! i just want my freakin gun back so i can move on. I think im callin them on Monday to check the status. On top of all this they wouldnt even email me a prepaid label!! different strokes for different folks i guess.

    If they didn't have such a good overall product I'd say to hell with them all.
    Seriously It will be interesting to see if anyone pipes up with a positive experience with glock customer service.

    I think thats why they act like that because of their "perfection" reputation. You would think they would treat customers better because so many people swear by Glocks. Their customer service reminds me of a girl i used to date...fine as wine, silk as milk but, attitude stinks like $#!+.
