The colt delta 10 mm im bidding on just hit 1200$. I can purchase a used dan wesson pointman 10mm for the same...any advice?
NO, it's the Colt HD. (High Profile with Dots)No i didnt know that...is there one with target sights?
OK, yes.......good, no they aren't adjustable.Ah just the guy i need. Cane..would those sights be ok for competition?
Some competitions (USPSA and IPSC) have a power factor. Why would you want to competitively shoot a 10mm?
I would think you would want a Gold Cup running light target loads.
What sights are on your EAA?Ive been using a eaa 10mm for a few years and thought it was time to upgrade.
Makes sense. Guess my lack of competition shooting is showing. Some competitions (USPSA and IPSC) have a power factor.
The .38Super is not the best for inexperienced reloaders.
The 10mm can be reloaded at a lower power factor than commercial (and still make "Major" power factor) and the platform allows an additional round over the .45.
In competition, that extra round can make a difference.
If you use the adjust ability with your EAA, you'll miss it with the Colt. But it is a Colt.Adjustable rear like this http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/411544580
