Hello from Texas

I've alway had an interesting firearms and greatly enjoy anytime I get the chance to use them. However, it wasn't until recently that I found a buddy that has some land just outside of town that enjoys shooting as much as I do if not more and will let me come out just about whenever I want. Needless to say I think we've shot about 10,000 rounds of varies caliber ammo between us in the last 3-4 months. I'm in the process of getting everything together to start reloading should have everything within the next month. I joined this forum in hopes of learning more about all firearms and how to safely reload my own ammo. I also enjoy teaching others about firearms and firearm safety, even talked my wife that hates guns into letting me take my step-son out and start training him.

Sounds like you have a good friend...one with a shooting spot and an ammo source!

Cool, used to hunt outside of Archer City. We went to Wichita Falls for "provisions".

Welcome aboard Rory. I'm sure you'll find many discussion on subjects of interest in these forums. Wish we could send you some of our snow from the northest. Sounds like it wouldn't last long down your way.
