Only government employees, and no all of them, and anyone who use guns for sports. More than 90% of spaniards are not allowed to use guns, you need a license and you can't get one for your defence.
And we have laws against defence, you must act agree with law. So you can defence your self acting proportional -sorry I can't express better- with your attacker.

Sure, we have a big problem and worst is that most of the spaniards think that laws against guns and defence are fair laws

In Spain we have a scum history against liberty and rights. Guns issue is perhaps the most criminal of spaniard laws. Sometimes I'd like to ask for political asylum in USA embassy

Most of spaniards identify guns with worst of USA and here there is politically correct, and popular, attack USA.
