Had to join after reading some of the great posts on the forum. I've been shooting a Model 64 S&W 38 that I've had for quite a while and recently bought a Model 22 Glock. It obviously has a much different feel and I haven't gotten as consistent as I'd like yet.

Better than what?????? Seriously, from what I've read, Glocks are different and take a bit of practice to get the feel. Is that what you've found?

Surprised it made it to Wikipedia-- it's really kind of a disappointment. After we moved to Georgia, we kept hearing about the "Big Chicken", so we drove over to see it. It was a chicken alright, but it wasn't all that big or impressive. The new one's a bit better, but still not particularly impressive.

I'm not much for spectator sports, so I don't get too wrapped up with college football. I did enjoy watching the Dawgs a few years ago when David Greene was QB. My kids went to high school with him and we used to go to the games. After he went to UGA, I enjoyed watching the Dawgs-- kind of a local boy makes good thing.
