There are to be public hearings on the Constitutional Carry Law now in the state senate. We need to get out to these hearings and be heard in support or it will go down quickly. Here is the email I got from regarding the hearing dates.

Dear ,

I've just received the schedule for public hearings on the South Carolina Constitutional Carry Act of 2013.

It is vital for you to plan to be at one (or more) of these hearings.

Remember, Constitutional Carry means if you can legally purchase a gun for self-defense, then you can carry it open or concealed, without begging permission from the government.

That's just the way the founders intended.

Senator Hembree is still undecided and leaning to vote against restoring the right to carry without asking government's permission.

If he votes against Constitutional Carry in this subcommittee, it dies.

You can contact him at [email protected] or (803) 212-6016.

So mark your calendar and bring your 2nd Amendment friends to one or more of the subcommittee hearings.

Following is the schedule I received from the Senate Subcommittee secretary:
