Have you seen this type of sight design?

I checked every firearm with every sight imaginable. But I can't find anything that looks like what I've shown above. Which firearms use this style of reticle?

What is the source of the photograph?
This particular image looks as though it's from a 70s or 80s Sci-Fi movie, perhaps Superman II.

Notice how the holdovers are all exactly 100 yard increments? My guess is it's just a special effect, inserted
to make the scene look like the optic had some futuristic sighting system.

I agree with Les something from a Sci Fi Movie. The reticle would not have good purpose on a real weapon. The lead lines left and right are exaggerated. And not only that if real it would have to be in reference to a specific caliber. A
