The pro-gun Rally in Hartford today got a good turnout with supporters coming in from Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and "Live Free or Die" New Hampshire as well as probably several other states. I wonder if the Connecticut medial will give it any recognition.

    SB,

That is great! Thanks for the thread! Can not believe it has not generated more good comments! We need to do this all over the Country.
And maybe we should protest all the tax money the Administration is throwing away! Even to our enemies in other countrie. But back to the point Great to see so many attend and support the Second Amendment!;)

It was a good turnout. Probably close to twice as many people as at the last one. People came from as far away as Mississippi but, it didn't get major coverage from the local media. The Hartford Courant newspaper had an article on it and some minor mention on one of the TV stations. Two things for sure, the people there were united in protest of the anti-gun legislation and the governor's seat is up for reelection this year. Four pro Second Amendment Republicans running for that office were at the rally as well as others running for various state political office. We need to support those politicians that respect the Constitution and honor the oath they take.
