The sounds of my dillon 550 cranking out 45acp at 400 rounds an hour.

Seeing the perfect sight picture from behind my Kimber.

Hearing the sound of the slide rack on my 870 Marine Magnum.

Lets all just admit that the reason glock guys don't like 1911 guys is that we are always walking around with a woody for our nice 1911. I know I get a little heated when I think about mine.

Ok that just sounds a little sick doesn't it?

Being early at the point where the gun is not separate from you. That place where you look at a point on the target, and suddenly there's a hole precisely where you imagined it. That whole Zen thing I alluded to a few weeks ago. It's farking magical. You aren't trying to cob together a sight picture while worrying about your grip and monitoring your breathing, you're simply thinking your shots into the very place you want them to go.
