Would you guys adopt me? I'm very low maintenance, and you could have your very own third world kid just like Angelina! Pretty please with a cherry on top...

I think the lil guy likes that AK. :D
I can imagine a very funny spoof of one of those "save the children" commercials right now: "just one box of ammo each month can keep your deprived, third world adoptee happily punching paper just like your kids..." or for only $1/day YOU can help lil Francisco have a warm gun to cuddle after a good day of target shooting...". That could be funny.

Great photos! Can totally relate to the look on your son's face, heh...I bet an AK would do that to me too. All the more power to your positive, gun-aware parenting :)

Gotta admit (to my great shame [IMG]) that I still have a residual momentary knee-jerk reaction to shots of kids with guns, a result of a lifetime of unconscious indoctrination in this country....

But then my logical forebrain kicks in :D

It's wonderful that you are teaching them responsibility at that age.

We have a little .22 rifle we let our 7 & 9 year old shoot when we're out with our pistols & AR15. When they get really comfy with that, then maybe I'll introduce them to pistols.
