I recently acquired a revolver from an individual who was going to have it destroyed. The gun is missing the cylinder and the previous owner could not find a replacement. This is my first revolver and I know very little about them. The model is a defender 38 and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a cylinder for it? Also I noticed there are many different models by H&R. Will a cylinder on any other model fit this one?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You can watch on Ebay. Lots of cylinders on there.
Pretty good chance if you did find one it would have to be fitted.

You are going to also need the extractor and associated springs. I believe a cylinsder and associated parts for both the Bobbie and New Defender Models will also fit.
