H.R. 308: Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device Act (GovTrack.us)

There are 57 co-sponcers of this bill and as I could of told anyone they are all democrats and many are the same names on all anti-gun/anti-freedom bills.

    Eleanor Norton [D-DC] *
    Gary Ackerman [D-NY5]
    Howard Berman [D-CA28]
    Timothy Bishop [D-NY1]
    Earl Blumenauer [D-OR3] *
    Robert Brady [D-PA1] *
    Judy Chu [D-CA32] *
    David Cicilline [D-RI1]
    William Clay [D-MO1] *
    Steve Cohen [D-TN9] *
    Gerald Connolly [D-VA11]
    John Conyers [D-MI14] *
    Diana DeGette [D-CO1]
    Ted Deutch [D-FL19]
    Michael Doyle [D-PA14]
    Donna Edwards [D-MD4] *
    Keith Ellison [D-MN5] *
    Anna Eshoo [D-CA14]
    Sam Farr [D-CA17] *
    Al Green [D-TX9]
    Jane Harman [D-CA36]

    Jesse Jackson [D-IL2] *
    Sheila Jackson-Lee [D-TX18] *

    Zoe Lofgren [D-CA16]
    Nita Lowey [D-NY18]
    Carolyn Maloney [D-NY14] *

    James McGovern [D-MA3] *
    Gregory Meeks [D-NY6]
    George Miller [D-CA7] *
    James Moran [D-VA8] *
    Jerrold Nadler [D-NY8] *
    William Pascrell [D-NJ8]
    Chellie Pingree [D-ME1] *
    Mike Quigley [D-IL5]
    Steven Rothman [D-NJ9]
    John Sarbanes [D-MD3]
    Janice Schakowsky [D-IL9] *
    José Serrano [D-NY16] *
    Brad Sherman [D-CA27]
    Louise Slaughter [D-NY28] *
    Jackie Speier [D-CA12]
    Christopher Van Hollen [D-MD8]
    Maxine Waters [D-CA35] *
    Henry Waxman [D-CA30] *
    Anthony Weiner [D-NY9]
    Lynn Woolsey [D-CA6] *
    John Yarmuth [D-KY3]

I expect that Mark Kirk to join this anti-gun/anti-rights groups with him being one of a few rino's.

(*) 28 that co-sponcered this bill are members of the ultra left wing social-ist congressional progressive caucus. In the past most if not all of the members of the congressional progressive caucus have supported and or voted anti-gun/anti-rights.

Many of these same names were co-sponcers of the last anti-gun bill H.R. 1022 the assualt weapons ban, also submitted by none other then Rep. Carolyn McCarthy [D-NY4] which never passed.

The majority of these un-Americans are from very anti-gun/anti-rights states.

Will this bill pass? I don't think so as of right now but anything is possable.

HEY! I saw a TN, a couple TX's, a MO, and a KY on that list; those are supposed to be good states. Some of you guys might want to drop your congress critter a line.

If one of our MS idjuts signs on, i will definately be annoying them about it. Those jerks are supposed to work for US.

I can't wait to get out of this Commie State. Those CA douchbags are the worst and they ignore anything that comes from a conservative. Even worse, they deride any opposition because they are so brilliant, compassionate and superior than us mere Citizens.

I wouldn't want to give sh*t a bad name by having it associate with them.

I love 200rd belts, my 75rd drum and my 30rd clip for my saga. So main thing are they going to try to confiscate all of the clips not on this if it happens?

It's going to cost more to get ride of the things then to just leave it alone.

Click the link and read the bill. What you have will be grandfathered in.

I remember during the entire last hi cap ban, I never saw a magazine table that wasn't loaded high as possible with hi cap mags... Price kept going up and so did the stacks of mags!

Which makes the entire thing pointless. I'm sorry, but there are HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of "high-cap" mags out there, and if they don't expect those to be confiscated/turned in, all they're preventing from happening is letting people buy "new" magazines.

I'm going in with a friend who is ordering a bunch of 25 round mags for his 10/22. I really don't have any use for them (outside of reloading less at the range), but it's kind of my way of saying "**** you" to this silly, stupid law that I hope doesn't pass.

I see McCarthy in there, she always attempts to ban stuff she doesn't even know about, I remember Tucker interviewing her and she dug her own grave on live television and showed that most anti gun people don't know anything. We shall see if it passes

Do these people think before they speak? That's a rhethorical question, for anyone reading this obviously.
What about competition guns and 22lr? I mean what are we supposed to do about them?
One other thing that burned my biscuits over this matter is McCarthy wanted to ban barrel shrouds in her previous proposition of this, she admited to a news reporter who asked her if she knew what it was that "No, I do not know". She doesnt even know what's she's proposing to ban ( ) as long as it sounds "evil" to its all gravy for the commies.

What kinda sucks is that my wife just bought a 15/22.

Barrel Shroud, Pistol grip, y'know, all the things that make it look scary, when in actuality it's pretty much the same as my 10/22.

My question is, does she count a heat sheild as a barrel shroud? I mean to ban one of those would be pretty flippin' stupid. I'd think someone would purposely burn themselves and blame the law for it to get compensation somehow lol

I dunno. Doesn't a barrel shroud always count as a heat shield, in the first place, or function as one?
