    Strange cranking.

They put Wyoming 6, but we do not require a permit of any kind.

They rank Utah higher, yet Utah does require a permit for CCW!:confused::confused:

It's because of Wyoming's Castle laws...It has restrictions on location, Utah does not...

Kentucky's #5--no surprise, it's always been pretty gun-friendly. We didn't become a shall-issue state till about sixteen years ago, but it's been legal for a long time to carry a loaded gun in your glove compartment without the CC license.

It's damn near the "Wild, Wild West" here in PA being surrounded by New York, New Jersey & Maryland.

OOOHHH! Be afraid, be very, very afraid!
