What kinds of grenades can civilians legally own? The other day I heard that civilians can legally own flashbang grenades.

In Texas, a flash bang is an explosive device and as such prohibited from civilian ownership. Grenade simulators from the military are likewise classified. I do not know of any grenades that are legal for civilian ownership.

I'm not an American, so I could very well be WAY wrong; but, wouldn't a grenade be a "destructive device" and so subject to a $200 tax stamp?

So one could "own" a grenade. but using it would be a bit hard on the ol' wallet.

I'd say introduce yourself, but with one post in 4 years, I have my doubts.

Yea... uh... you don't want to be caught with any crashbangs.
