Finally a found a COMPLETE UPPER in my price range. Spikes Tactical Mid-Length and Troy Folding rear sight. $600 for both from Joebob's after coupon code and free shipping. My mind is at rest.

I hope so. It says it comes with the following options. I'm gonna be pissed if it doesn't come with it.
