This one is a Cheetah 84FS .380acp came with 2 13rd mags, its a great shooter I'm lovin it
Hmmm... frame mounted safety and decocker if my eyes don't deceive me? Can it be carried cocked and locked? If not, do they have a similar model that can?
No it can't... I don't think so but I wouldn't swear to it
Man I want one of those to go with my 92fs and neo.
I love that classic look!
the Ferrari of semi auto's
I've always wanted one, now I hope to find a NIB Beretta 8045
You can't carry it cocked and locked. It's a nice little pistol. I've had one for over 20 years.

No, the Beretta 84 series shown above is s/a & d/a. If cocked there is no way to lock / block hammer. The safety is the decocker and lowers the hammer.
For cock & lock capability you need single action only. In .380, Colt has their "Mustang" in single action only. It's a smaller version of the John Browning .45acp 1911 design.
You are correct, on both counts. It can't be carried cocked & locked and it is a great shooter.
Beretta still makes the 84 series but no longer exports it to the US.
Here is my wifes 84.
