Nice shotgun, better wife!

Don't worry, we would never hold the fact that you own a GLOCK against you. Even manure can be sold to someone!:p JK

My wife bought me a glock 23 last weekend. First thing I said was " the slide release is to flush". After that "the trigger sucks". And when I got home and took it apart "lord forbid I ever have to take it apart with one hand". Next "look at this flimsy crappy guide rod"

She said "I just paid $550 for that damn thing, there better be something good about it"

My response "they make lots of parts for them so I can fix most of these problems"

She was not happy.

LMAO lbwar I feel ya but Im thinking you gana pay for that 23 before its over lol
I'm sure. In parts and gifts of equal or grater value for the wife. Plus she financed it and guess who's paycheck its coming out of. So it's more like she allowed me to buy it for myself.

Why can't they just make it a good gun out the box? I guess bc in the end it is better for them if you pay $550 for the gun. Then $450 on top of that to make it worth a crap.

"Thanks for the glock baby now I'm getting screwed 3 ways"

LMAO! Had a friend offer me one once. I took him up on it, and then used it for a trade in at my LGS. Traded it for my wife's 20 ga. model 500 combo. She got the better end of that trade. It is still one of her favorite birthdays.

Other than these problems and a few more. Like the fear of blowing my a** check off every time I sit down. It's not a bad gun. I guess you could say a glock is 1/2 or a 1/4 of a good gun.

And now it waits next to bed and night stand. Ready at a moments notice.
Don't forget to help it say it's prayers before going to bed! :)
