What would be a good first ever 22LR revolver? Mostly going use at the range.
My Ruger Single-Six
I 2nd the Ruger Single Six. It was my 1st handgun and I still love it!
Is it single action? I like that SAA-like design!
Thanks, I will look into it! Anymore suggestions will also be looked at and considered.
Thats a dam nice 3 screw
Don't get too excited- Doubt you'll find one like Sonic's
NM Single Six's are great too
Thanks..a gift from my aging Uncle along with a pristine first model year Bearcat.
Well...there isn't too many other choices. Most others are imports. A U.S. made Ruger revolver you'll cherish for a lifetime. If the price is too steep wait and save up a little. Once you have it you'll never look back
The grips look mint-
Real "Blackbird" grips are scarce---
Here's my new model Single Six.
Yeah..here's the Bearcat. I built a case fot it and found this original magazine ad from the 60's on ebay.
I have a few original adds from Ebay on old rugers too- Have one for a OM single six
The price is a bit of a problem, but another one is availability, cause in Brazil its kinda hard to find, but that aint your problem hahaha
That isa REALLY nice gun dude, hold on to it and never let go
I plan too! My Dad gave it to me just before he passed away back in 1992, I was only 17 at the time.
Just another single six recommendation. I have an old model that has seen many a child / first time shooter / and novice alike. That's a lot of recommendations for it so far, huh?
Yeah, im gonna check to see if I can find anyone selling them, they look like a hell of a gun!
Wow, im sorry to hear that.
