Just watch him shoot it some before you have a go so you can see the expected recoil you will be ok 9 mm aint bad

I would NOT do it
It will lead to a habit as bad as any drug :(

Very similar principles involved, I agree watch him first, go over operations unloaded till comfortable, remember your breathing,, and have fun. Its ablast,, literally.

I'm guessing your 14? If so nothing to be nervous about, I have a 15 yr old daughter that handles my full size usp .40 caliber no problem. (And just between me and you, she's a bit of a girly girl.) Just get comfortable with it. And throw lead..lol

Once it gets in your blood, it's like a drug habit but more expensive. ;)

9mm isn't bad at all, pretty soon you will be up to a .45 ACP. Just always remember safety first, you will have a lot of fun !!

Hey, be sure to give us a range report when you can. I'm sure we all would like to know how it went.

Dont worry. My son is 13. He used to only shoot 22s. He always said he didnt want to try any of my big bore stuff. But them my wife went to the range with us. She was shooting my pistols and he decided it was his turn. He now shoots all of my handguns except my 44 mag. Just be safe. You will be fine. Have fun.
