Had gotten a s&w m19-6. The grips were in bad shape sanded the cuts down smooth added some wood putty and got my brother to put an engraving on each grip. Waiting on rear sight blade and gotta shave down for a speed loader. Here are some pics. The dragon and tiger as well as the front sight are glo on the dark

You really should buy new grips.

I agree... Not a fan of the glow in the dark stuff at all at least not on an iconic weapon such as that..

Hey, it's HIS revolver. It's about what HE likes, not you. He seems proud of it. So don't bash him on HIS choice. Its not my style, but I give him points for doing HIS style.

At least it's different, I like having something not like everyone else has. I have a few rifles that I have burnt in my initials. Some say I ruined the value. I say I don't care I never plan to sell them and my son knows I want them passed down to family after I pass them to him.

My daughters aren't in to guns my wife made girls out of them, but they both have sons and they like guns. Papaw makes sure of that.
