What do you guys know about the g39 performance and price and whatnot ?? Thanks
While the .45 ACP is a low-pressure round, the GAP is high-pressure & a packs quite a snappy kick. The grip allows for a better grip for me than the G30 .45 ACP & might mitigate the extreme snap when trying to recover for follow-up shots. All in all, if you want to carry a small .45, I feel the G39 would be an adequate choice...a bit expensive for the ammo, but still OK.
It is a cop round developed for cops. A rare civilian or military owns a handgun in 45 GAP. It is more expensive in retail than 45 ACP. The point was to keep the 45 punch in a smaller magazine housing (the grip). I'd go straight to officer.com and other police forums.
Cool thanks guys
