I'm an XD man I have two a 45 acp and a 40 s&w I have had a glock 32 in the past but it was stolen while I was In The hospital along with a bunch of other stuff I never got to shoot it. My buddy has a glock 17 that was his duty pistol when he was sheriff in wva he wants to get rid of it because of his soon to be x wife is all kinds of bad names that I won't repeat but he said he would sell it to me for 200 bucks just to get rid of it. Doesn't really matter. Any Glock 17 that's in operating
    condition is worth $200.

If it was an operating gen 3 then i would pay $200 all day, if it was an early gen 2 i would have to look it over first and check the condition.. Thats just me

A 2nd generation will have a smooth dust cover on the lower receiver, the generation 3 will have a rail for a light or other accessory

BUY IT! BUY IT NOW! HAVE YOU BOUGHT IT YET?

If you don't want it...ask him if he'd sell it to a retired brother officer!

I'm not a Glock fan, but I'd buy that all day long.

I, personnaly have not had good luck buying a Glock, the one used G22 I did buy was a dog in every respect and I will never own another. I have seldom ever heard of a retired LEO selling his faithful side arm unless it was not faithful. My two coppers worth:D

That's the best deal,do it,Depending on gen. Glocks usually don't go for below $450.00.You couldn't pry my Glock 27 from my cold dead fingers. The best for the money, reliability, and all the above, you'll be a Glock person when you buy and shoot

I don't like GLOCK and I say grab it. I would. If anything else, you can sell it for more than that later.
