I've been looking to add a couple items to my 12ga.
First is a Daves Metal Shop Easy Loader. Has anyone had experience with these?

I'm also looking for recommendations for Ghost Ring sights... I've looked at Vang Comp Systems, Trijicon and LPA. the later appeal to me, but are a little pricy. I've a local guy who wil silver solder once I've figured out what I need.
I like the big wings to protect the sights.

    thoughts??

Okay - so I pulled the trigger on a set of sights from LPA. I have a BAR11WD which mounts to the rail on top of my rcvr, and the SG6 front sight. I got the set from Jay @ Precision Sales International and he made me a sweet deal. To be clear, I haven't received them yet, so standby for a range report! So... Boom, BOoM, BOOOM! what's next?

Do you have a side saddle on the 12? A quick source of reloads in easy reach is a must for a sd shotgun.

I don't - and this is an excellent idea. Looks like something I can do myself. Can you make a recommendation on which/where?

Other things I'd like to do is replace the plastic shell follower with stainless steel... and add a Mikes speed loader thing.

I'd REALLY like to find an integrated fore-end/tactical light like the SureFire...but didn't really feel the need to spend $500 on one. Heh.

I have the receiver mounted side saddle on my Stoeger. A friend has one also on his Mossy, they do the job well. As far as a light, I haven't been happy with the ones I have tried. They have been $40 and $70 dollar lights and the pressure pads on both crapped out on me right away. I'm going to try a surefire and see if they are any better and if their pressure pad will work with the lights I have now.

Haven't seen a pressure pad that can take more than a couple of rounds. I'll be doing a side-saddle. They look handy. Any recommendations on who makes a good one and where to get it? thanks!
