Here is my German manufactured Sig Sauer P226r. For P226 owners, please tell me if the mags are the same as the ones that the US based factory are supplying as standard. I already have a thread on my USP. Please feel free to post your polymer guns inners for comparison.

Also, please feel free to show off what ever gun you have to compare engineering.

My next gun picture thread will feature my Mossberg 590 Mariner "Special Purpose".

Second set of pictures......the combat sights came standard and are the quick target acquisition type. The front sight covers the target.

Thank you. The difference is amazing. Amsdorf said he had problems with his P226 mags.

Your 226 looks very similar to my P6/225 except for the double stack.

Your sights are the same as these. W. German P230

My P6 was made in 1980. I was at a shoot a few tears ago that Sig sponsered.
One of their reps was watching me shoot a Cetme I had at the time. He was picking up brass and commenting about the fluted chamber marks stating it had to be a G3. Well it was not. He was still amazed at what it could do. I pulled my P6 from its' holster and handed it to him. He had never seen one. He did however tell me what the groove in the hammer and other interal parts was for. An easy way to check in the feild what is wearing and what needs to be replaced. A feeler gauge, similar to what you use to set plugs or points on a car is used. Great day overall.

You have the good, German made "zipper" back mags. The ones coming out of Exeter are crap Checkmate mags, which SUCK.
