Me+boredom+belt sander=G26L! Just got the mag fit yesterday, now I have to bevel the magwell. May open up the trigger guard a little while I'm at it. ImageUploadedByFirearms Talk1389963160.059702.jpg

I cut my 17 grip down to 19 size, but I find that the 19 grip length is just about right for me without having to resort to pinky extensions. I like that my 19 and 17 can share mags. Looks like decent work.

I'd shave the neighbor's long haired cat and push most any Ford off a cliff. Close enough? :D

A 17 to 19 would've been way easier than this pain in the ***! Contouring the heel to fit the mag has been a trial of my patience!

Seems like a lot of work for nothing.

Hey, thanks buddy! I'm trying to turn my hobby into a legitimate side-business. And as such, I'm pushing myself to build my skills by doing "a lot of work for nothing" as you put it.

I'm confused, why shorten the grip then add grip extensions?

No need to be confused. I simply did it to see if I could do it.
