    Today I learned something I did not know. Here In NC we have Nutria. Everyday I learn something.

    Now that I have it, what to do with it?

    Shoot it and have RSG poach it in court bouillon for you. Then shoot it again and eat it.

    I sure hope that thing ended up DEAD after he posed for the pics. Don't let these B@@@@@DS SPREAD. Maybe that oil spill will help La. get rid of this un wanted SOB. Wills in da Swamp!

    Slice it into chunks and fry it with some garlic and a red wine sauce. Serve over wild rice.

    Wrong. Cajuns don't believe you "kant eet" anything. Matter of fact, if one of those was 2 days old and road kill on the side of the road they would probably still cook it and eat it.

    I'm with most every one else on this one. That thing looks like good eating. Have you named it yet? I would name it something that plays down the fact it's a giant rat. Like Brian or Lunch.
