How do I answer that question?? I was recently arrested for having a brass knuckle knife and got a felony charge, and currently out on bail. My court date is not till 2 months the actual Arraignment. So am I consider "indicted" or not? I've always thought indicted is when the charges are formally brought against you by the courts which is the arraignment is for. So can I answer "no" to question 11.b and not be breaking any laws?? and I doubt I will be convicted for a felony since I don't have a past or any violence or drug charges on my record.

you are trying to buy a gun while under arrest for a weapons related charge. thinking is not what you do best.

if you make a rude obnoxious reply, you will just prove me right.

    go away.

What Bill said. Whether you are "under indictment" at this point is up in the air- we can't tell. However, the Prosecuting Attorney can answer that.

And if you do not have an attorney, and are facing a felony charge, that is not a good idea.

Microadventure,I'm not buying anything, I'm claiming my firearm from a pawnshop that I've left in there for safety reasons. The only person acting like a jerk is you, so sounds like you're the one with the stick up your a***. Learn to keep your mouth shut if you have nothing good to say and you go away, dick.

I will get a lawyer if the weapon charges don't get dropped, but I haven't even seen the judge to see what I'am charged with yet, if the court decide to throw it out then it would be a waste of money.

Just curious------How do you "get a felony charge" and be "out on bail" and not know what you were charged with?

Interesting reply to micro----guessing C3 will be along in a bit to discuss manners.
