Florida law permit one bullet in chamber ready with a concealed weapon permit in your gun?

Internet forums are generally a poor choice for legal advice, but I know of NO state that prohibits loading a firearm if you have a carry permit. And they do not shoot without having a round chambered.

The is nothing in the state statutes that prohibit one in the chamber when carrying concealed.
