Now keep in mind I have never shot this pistol or any other pistol save 3 rounds last weekend in years.
Any how I started off with the full sized P250 at 10 feet using some 9mm Remington FMJ, I forget the grain...

Then on to 15 feet with the same Remington rounds

I ran out of Remingtons so I opened a box of Blazer ammo, Its a 9mm 115 grain FMJ.
I also moved the target to 20 feet.

Pathetic eh?!? The guy at Dougs said that was due to my grip on the pistol more than likely...
But I didnt give up! This is the same 20 feet, Blazer rounds

I wasnt really thinking, I was switching from full size to sub-compact at the 10 & 15 foot intervals, So this first sub-compact is the first time I had shot it as well.
Then on to the sub-compact P250 at 10 feet using Remington FMJ.

After that I moved the target out to 15 feet using the same Remington rounds as before.

I know I need a bit of practice, But Im fairly pleased with both Sig's.

What is not to like about the Sig P250.

I have a Sig P250 Compact and shoot it often.

Your shot pattern is good. It indicates that you are not having much problem with the trigger, only sighting. Compensate slightly. Once you have the sight picture centered, train your yes to focus on the top tip of the front sight, not the dot.

You just need more practice, maybe start with a single ammo brand and the full size pistol without changing the distance (set the target at 5 or 10 meters, whatever feels better) until you get comfortable.

very good way to put it, i dont think its a bad gun though. I mean it never jammed and was pretty easy to take apart and clean compared to my pain in the ass 1911 (that spring hits me in the face EVERYTIME lol) but yeah the trigger pull just turned me off, a single action was just so much more smooth.

great range report, keep practicing, hope to see more
