'sup guys...I'm just throwin' my foot in the door here, you MS fellas are okay by me!!!
Glad to see the state forums and especially happy to join the Mississippi party.
I'm happy to be here with you guys! Count me in!
I think most of us are just about within spittin distance of each other too.
And don't worry, I'm semi house broken!
Anybody up for a bbq/shooting day in the spring?
You know you can count me in.
Your are what we are roasting. I'm sure glad you have a good since of humor. I seem to poke at you often. Don't mean anything by it. If it gets on your nerves, just tell me to eff off and I'll leave you alone for about ten minutes.
Yea, I would like some area members to get together.
It's hard to offend me here, although I know you've seen me offended here. It's usually when someone is being downright rude and derogatory. Is it's in good humor, and it usually is, I can take it as well as I give it
This ain't your daddy's old Mississippi.
I am glad to see something set up for us Mississippi folks.
Just went out shooting with a friend from out of town today. Taught him how to shoot a rifle and he was ok. He had 3 pistols with him that he had never shot so we burned a few bullets.
All in all, a pretty good day.
What part of the state you from?
Originally Starkville, now in Hattiesburg (just South of H'burg) in Dixie. You?
Olive Branch, I'm about 3 miles from the Tn stateline. Welcome to the forum.
I'm right down the road from Starkville right now.
Does your new springer have night sites trip?
No, just white dots. I wouldn't shoot around here at night anyway, there are horses about, and the "range" is in the pasture. This is how I developed the habit of policing my brass right away too. Empty casing can cause some damage to a horse's hoof.
I used to have some family in Olive Branch, I believe. Uncle Ralph and Aunt Sue. Trying to remember, but I believe their last name was Swindol.
Trip, where are you at close to Starkville? West - Ackerman, Kosciusko, Eupora, Maben
East - Columbus, Artesia, Crawford,
North - West Point, Tupelo, Amory, Aberdeen
South - Louisville, Philadelphia,
Trip, don't forget the range report. Glad you got the 1911 you wanted.
