first 1911 polish job

    I stripped my 1911 and im going to soak my parts in vinaigrette. After finish wears im taking an sos pad to it, then ill clean with soap and water. The last step ill wipe it all down with polish. I didnt like how my sigs barrel came in blu because after shooting it for some time the blu wears and it doesnt look as good as it once did.

    So after all is done ill have the barrel, sear spring, sear, disconector, and few other parts polished.

    Will post more pics of the finished job

    This turned out alot better than i thought it would, i could add more polish to each part but i think its good as is. Now on to the saiga carrier
