Yay? Nay? I've read good and bad depending on what trigger bar is in it. Also the tight mags. Any other opinions? Preferably glock lovers. I read the thread about the sig vs glock. Not looking to start a mess.

Go to YouTube and look up Hickok45 he has a great video about the glock 30. He has been doing it for about 6 years. Has videos on almost anything.

What do you think about the 36? Obviously you like it because you own one. But how does it compare to the 30 or the 30sf?

I just bought a 30sf and have had nothing but feeding issues. The mags are tight my 23 mags were stiff too. I have been reading about the trigger bar so i hope glock put a different one in mine once they send it back. Other than that, i would say yes because its very comfy in hand and shoots like a dream. On the flip-side, you can buy one and get a lemon like i did. I hear the 30's have know issues, just the sf's but you would think they have the same internals.

I have had my 30 sf for about 3 months now and i have over 1000 rds through it without a problem. It is the best shooting Glock I own. I also shoot a G22 and a G26. My gen 3 30 sf came off the line 11/11 so it is one of the newer ones. My 10 rd mags are stiff but they work perfectly and they have gotten easyer to load now. I plan to buy another one in the future.

Thx for the input. I believe I'll still make the purchase because it's a glock. If there's issues I'll just deal with it or make sure I purchase new to hopefully not have the trigger bar issue.

It can be new and still have that issue. Thats why i was so shocked cause i could see if it was used.

That's nuts. Oh well. I guess there's only one true test. Buy one and put it through hell before carry.

A lot easier to hide , very small package with a whole lot of bang.I'd heard stories of being the most problematic gun Glock put out , I've never had a problem . I like it !

I have my G30 for about 3 years. I shoot it quite
often and it has never malfunctioned. I use it as
one of my carry guns and would bet my life on it
(it is a 3rd generation model). It is an awesome
pistol. Use it in good health!
