Happy Birthday, Mr. President.

I've not seen a single mention of this in any media, anywhere.

It's also my late father's 93rd.

Youd think they'd at least mention the birthday of one of the most influential people in our countries history.

Most years, I can recall it being done. In the television news, occasionally in the print newspapers.

But this past year (2020+) has been strange in every regard, so it doesn't really surprise me that one person's birthday from 300yrs ago would sit on the back burner while the other stuff remained in the news.

Its on my calendar for today. Also, one of the first things my daughter said this morning. "Dad, guess who's BD it is?!"... I really like her school. Where "founding father " isn't a four letter word.
