What used to be a annual tabulation of crimes classified by race, age, ethnicity, and gender depicted on easy to read spread sheets making comparisons easy has morphed since USAG Holder assumed rule. Data is broken up and scattered to obsfuscate any ready assimilation of reported statistics sorted by race/age,gender or ethnicity. IOW, a once simple perusal of spread sheet data has been deliberately scattered over a number of "data sheet pages" with critical classifying/sorting criterium obfuscated. No doubt the government has the algorithm to retrieve this data at will. Right now the lay public doesn't.
