Planes, trains & automobiles is my favourite! I have "been there" in my travels!
Thank goodness I had a 4 wheel drive Ford truck in the winter of 91/92 that
took me home for the holiday! In the fall of 1992 the rest of my family fled
California to north Idaho as california "got too goofy" to stay in anymore!

A Christmas Story and Christmas Vacation. The holidays aren't complete until I've watched both!

Planes, Trains and Automobiles is definitely one I can laugh at over and over.

Also National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I laugh like a girl every time I see it. Oh, wait, I AM a girl!! That would explain it!

Bignews, that is a great line.

Nothing like a good "Yippy-Kye-Yay-Motherf***er" right before opening gifts! I like the way you think! Can you adopt me?

Nope, your all wrong. The best Christmas movie is …. Hands down…. “White Christmas” with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye.

"White Christmas" is a classic. I also still like to see "It's a Wonderful Life".

Speaking of the movies like ...

"A Christmas story", "It runs in the family" etc, have you seen the lesser
known, "Ollie Hopnoodles Haven of Bliss"?! At least 4 movies were produced
(That I know of, with the same narriator)! Dang me for not remembering the
    fourth one!

Christmas Story! To add to this, Walgreens has the a reproduction (Small size) of the famous lamp leg for about $29.00, we have no table space in the house.

Another favorite is the Santa Clause series I, II and III.
