She didn't use a gun but this one is to good not to share.

CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A quick thinking Cary woman stopped two alleged burglars in their tracks.

The men were inside the 71-year-old woman's home allegedly stealing everything from her TV to her shotgun when she sprang into action.

The woman was out, and when she came home she noticed that there was a car running in her carport that obviously wasn't hers. So, she ran over to the car, took the car keys out of the ignition and called 911.

When police arrived, they found Stephen Wayne Eggers and William Anthony Cheatham fighting over who took the car keys. They didn't realize that they had been outsmarted by the home owner.

Just imagining those two in a room full of jail birds watching it on the news. How embarrassing.
