I looked for a post or thread concerning only dogs, but I didn't find one. How about posting your favorite pictures of your dogs?? Here's mine..

Here is my big guy and his new "little" girlfriend. He is 110# and she is about 60-65#. They love kids and anyone who is introduced to them. But come to the door unannounced and it's a WHOLE 'nother story....

JD big boy looks hungry, is he eating his own leg? Good looking friends you have there. Someday I may get another dog but not until I'm home more.

Here's the mighty Agamoose! Her name is Aggie and she is all if 6 months old. This pic is a little old. She is about 4 months here. I'll have to get a new one snapped. She's a German Shepperd/Boxer mix. Fantastic watch dog and a blast to play with. If she don't stop growing soon though I'm afeert I"ll have a Marmaduke situation on my hands:eek: at 6 months she's at thigh height at the shoulder. And I'm a 5'9" guy. If I remember her head was well past my knee at head height.
    Anyway..Here's Aggie:)

Nope, Wessel is a Belgian Sheppard, a Laekenois. Here is a little information on them. They aren’t well know but have a hell of a nose on them and fantastic family dogs.

The Belgian Shepherd Dog (Laekenois) is a breed of dog, sometimes classified as a variety of the Belgian Shepherd Dog rather than as a separate breed. The Laekenois is not fully recognized in the United States. However, they can be shown in Britain, Canada, Australia, and throughout Europe, along with all three of the closely related breeds which share a heritage with the Laekenois: the Tervuren, the Malinois, and the Groenendael, the last being shown in the U.S. as the Belgian Sheepdog.

Belgian Malinois the military was starting to go with them over the GSD because of them being smaller don't eat as much and they can go more placed at 60# that a brute 110# GSD can't go. Plus Mallies are just great dogs. They also have less hip problems and are not as prone to bloat as GSD's are.... Overall if I were to buy a dog for protection and family it would me a mallie all the way. Smart loving and devoted dogs that know when it is time to work and time to play.....

had a bunch of them when I was a vet tech in the army. Tasha was a right nasty old hag. she had 1 k-9 tooth left was so gray on her muzzle she was almost white. She was slightly over weight but let me tell you that dog was the one dog you never wanted to be on the receiving end of no matter what. She was old and wise she had plenty of tricks for taking you out with out hurting herself.....
