    Interesting, and a nice touch to compliment plain jane walnut.

    I couldn'tt see much use of it on a $700+ piece of wood though.

    Nice! Is there much of a market for engraving? I'm curious, it seems like it was more popular back in the days prior to 1960? I'm jealous of your talent and thanks for the pictures. Ken

    Do a little carving also but you are right ...it was more common back it the 60's and 70's. Stay with it though, there are those that want that personal touch.
