Wife and I were at local range and next to us is another couple and I'm listening to him babble on and on and on and literally do everything for her. I perceived she was struggling, so I invited her to shoot my comp gun. She was afraid it was going to be to powerful, I assured her it wasn't. This was her second time going to the range with him. I left the mag out of the firearm and watched her gently put it in. If you slam the mag home, slide will automatically drop... it didn't, so she gently pulled the slide back and gently rode it forward. She did really well shooting tho... right up until she realized he had started watching her. After she emptied the mag, my wife showed her how she loads a mag. And then showed her the LCR .327. Unfortunately we were out of everything except the 6 SD rounds she came with. He actually thinks he's a good firearms instructor. And, neither of us think this budding relationship is going very far. We came to the same conclusion for totally different reasons.
