I here's a question I have about handguns or firearms in general. When hunting in colder weather (below 35 degrees) when I got home I would let my shotgun/rifle sit out of the case for a couple of hours to "warm up" then proceed to clean/lubricate them, even if I never fired a shot. My boss won't allow me to bring my handgun into the shop and lock it in my toolbox. I have to leave it in my car in the cold during business hours which are from 7-5. Should I do the same for it as I do for my shotguns/rifles? Allow it to acclimate to my house temp and clean/lubricate it on a daily basis since I carry it daily or would once a week be fine?
