Okay, so I know how to clean a revolver, but is there anything special I need to know about cleaning a blued revolver? It's my first time owning one and I'd like to know before I go shoot it. I usually clean my guns before shooting them for the first time... As always, thanks for any help!!

Nothing special other than to keep it "oiled" on the outside as well...

The charging holes in the cylinder should be clean and dry. The area under the extractor star should be clean and BONE DRY. Oil here will gather crud and cause malfunctions.
