I was planning to do a range report on my new Cimarron Plinkerton revolver but turns out I received a bad gun. The first time I shot this revolver, it fired a nice spread of painful shrapnel back into my left forearm. I swore a bit, but thought maybe it was just a one time deal and fired again. The second time the shrapnel hit my face. So we kept firing and having shrapnel launched back us, till finally I couldnt take it anymore, I loaded up the car and drove to my dealer and left it with him. He's agreed to look at it and then send it back to Chiappa arms to be fixed or replaced. I will keep you guys updated on the situation, just thought I'd fill you in.
