Only Dylan can throw in eight President's names into a Christmas song.

This one actually has been played on the local rock station.
Im not a fan of these guys but the song is pretty funny..
Robert Zimmerman always brings a smile to my face. Thank you!
I like Christmas music but I think they start it to early. I also hate that they always play that song "these are a few of my favorite things". The song has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. There is a line in it when she says one of her favorite things is when winter melts into spring. Last time I checked Christmas doesn't happen in spring. " green sleeves" was a funeral song for one of Henry IIX wives yet we always here it at Christmas. Sorry to vent but one last thing on a non Christmas note. That pop country song when that guy says "it's only half past noon but I don't care. It's five o'clock somewhere". No, it's not, it's five thirty somewhere. It's not five o'clock anywhere. Again sorry, just had to get that out
What the heck. That never stops Shihan.
You are very welcome. I'll flaunt Bob Dylan anywhere I can.
Good point about that time comment.
There. Do you feel better now? Though I must admit, "My Favorite Things" as a Christmas song always made me wonder, too. It's from Sound of Music.
Good Point.... and besides Gate put up ICP..

In the past my least favorite was "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". But thanks to all of you there are some new contenders.
Most overplayed song that annoys me? That would be the Chestnut song. It annoys me because chestnuts are harvested a few months earlier and not fresh at Christmastime, also one of my businesses is selling chestnuts and damned near every time I mention that some A-hole starts singing that damn song like I might not have ever heard it before. What do they take me for, some kind of idiot? Wait. Don't answer that. I would rather not know.
I actually like that! I can't say I can understand all of the lyrics due to my bad hearing but it is a nice Christmas song.
Thats not your hearing.. thats Bob Dylan.
I expect I see Christmas a bit diferent than some missing more than a few Christmas's home. I don't think it hit home until it was my son's turn to do the same. The post are funny all the same....
Christmas may mean more to those that were away or had someone out of country. I couldn't find the link I wanted but these sem to sort of fit.

Yeah, that's why I posted a link to the lyrics.
Thanks for the laugh. That's part of Dylan's charm. I loved this post.
I think these guys are a little gay.
